Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2, 2026

Welcome to PIX15("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with transparency, security, and responsibility.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, engage our design and development services, or interact with our digital menu platforms and SaaS products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms described herein.

01

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Voluntarily

Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information submitted through our contact forms, quote requests, or demo sign-ups.

Customer End-User Data

For our digital menu and SaaS products, we collect only the minimal data necessary to operate table-side features (e.g., table identifiers and item selections). We do not collect personal details from end-users of merchant platforms unless explicitly required and authorized by the respective merchant.

Technical & Derivative Data

Information automatically recorded by our servers when you access the Site — including IP address, browser type, operating system, access timestamps, and referring/exit pages. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to personalize your experience and analyze traffic patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of our Services may not function as intended.

02

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to deliver, operate, and continuously improve our services:

— Respond to inquiries, provide client support, and manage project communications. — Process and fulfill interactions through our digital menu ecosystem. — Monitor usage patterns and analyze platform performance to improve user experience. — Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and security threats. — Communicate service updates, relevant announcements, or changes to this policy.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

03

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

Trusted vendors who assist in operating our infrastructure — including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database management), and payment processors — are contractually bound to handle data securely and solely for the purpose of delivering our Services.

Legal Obligations

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PIX15, our clients, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users via prominent notice on our Site prior to any such transfer.

04

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy — typically for the duration of a client relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting obligations.

End-user data collected through our digital menu products is retained only for the duration required by the operating merchant and is purged upon contract termination unless legally required otherwise.

05

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

— Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. — Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. — Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). — Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. — Objection: Object to certain processing activities, including direct marketing. — Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California (CCPA) and the European Economic Area (GDPR) have additional statutory protections that we honor in full.

06

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), access control policies, and secure infrastructure managed by SOC 2-compliant providers — to protect your personal information.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take all commercially reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

07

Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our Services and digital menu platforms may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services (e.g., restaurant payment processors, mapping services). Any information collected by these third parties is governed solely by their respective privacy policies. PIX15 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.

08

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
